Crystal Healing

Crystal healing involves the placement of specific crystals on the body, under the massage table, and held in the hands. These are selected according to the clients’ needs, and they work together to magnify the body’s healing response.

Help restore energy flow

A crystal pendulum is often used as part of the crystal healing, to help restore energy flow to parts of the body where stagnation has set in. This balances the energy field—including the chakras, which are our body’s energy centres.

Healing Energy

We have a small selection of crystals available for our clients to purchase should they wish to continue benefiting from this beautiful form of healing energy.

If you’re looking for crystals to have around you at home, or to wear, please visit our shop to explore the options.

Intuitive Healing

Shelley recognised her intuitive abilities at a young age, and dedicated herself to refining these skills to help others, by bringing forth guidance and keys for healing. Her journey has taken her to many parts of the world, places where the veils between this world and the next are as thin as a butterfly’s wings.

Jason has always been guided by his intuition and has spent a lifetime communicating with the ancestors, elementals, and animals.

Clairsentience

Clairsentience is a highly developed form of intuition, which is the ability to read another person’s energy field, including their physical, mental, and emotional state. Clairsentients are often referred to as empaths, because they have a very heightened sense of empathy with other people, animals, and the earth itself.

The gift of clairsentience helps Shelley and Jason quickly tune in to their clients’ needs, to the point where they often feel the same bodily sensations as their client. This is really useful to assist with identifying where the energy is moving, and how to access the energy blocks.

Kurradji Healing

Kurradji is an Aboriginal word for traditional healers who use energetic and physical modalities with a holistic approach. They believe that the body is made up of mind, body, and spirit—these are not treated separately—they are all one.

Variety of techniques

Kurradji healing methods incorporate a wide variety of techniques including massage, bush tucker, sound healing, smoking ceremonies, steaming, medicinal plants, the application of mud, barks, charcoal; and many more.

Polarity Therapy

Polarity therapy is a hands-on form of energy medicine that draws on many healing traditions from the East and West, ancient and modern. Developed by Dr Randolph Stone in the 20th Century, this powerfully effective healing art combines balancing the body’s core energy field with therapeutic techniques covering diet, exercise, self‑development and the spiritual and psychological dimensions.

Innate Intelligence

Polarity therapy awakens the body’s innate intelligence that carries with it, the self healing mechanism—allowing the body to rejuvenate, instead of managing the fight/flight response we’ve been accustomed to living with.

Strong and Balanced

According to Polarity Therapy Australia, Energy medicine considers that bio-fields of energy are what give us life. When we are stressed, in pain, experience discomfort or dis‑ease our bio‑fields are disturbed. When we are healthy, these bio‑fields are strong and balanced. At death, these bio‑fields break down completely and no longer support the movement of our life energies.

Usui Reiki

Usui Reiki is a natural form of healing therapy that aims to increase energy levels.

The underlying philosophy of reiki is that if a person’s ‘life force energy’ is low, they are more likely to be unwell or stressed. If it is high, however, they are more capable of being happy and feeling well. Reiki will not cure illnesses or disease, but it may help your body to heal itself. Reiki can do no harm.

Light touch – powerful results

Reiki is applied through non‑invasive gentle touch—or indirect hands-above the body treatment.

Reiki is not a religion—there is nothing you have to believe in to use or receive reiki. Reiki is not an ‘alternative’ therapy—it is a ‘complementary’ therapy in that it works alongside other medical and therapeutic techniques. There are different types of Reiki, and while they are all valid healing modalities, they all spring from Usui Reiki as originally brought to the world by Mikao Usui in 1922.

Choosing a practitioner

When choosing a reiki practitioner:

• Sight their reiki qualifications, professional association membership, and insurance details

• Don’t trust any therapist claiming to be able to cure serious illnesses, or ask you to abandon other medical treatments without first seeking the advice of your medical practitioner.
